Volunteer Rewards Program
Every IRFTP event thrives on the help of our volunteers. We'd like to invite you to take advantage of the new options available when you choose to Volunteer for the party.
Option 1: When you volunteer for any two 5K events, you'll receive 1 Free race registration towards a future 5K run.
Option 2: When you volunteer for any three 5K events, you'll receive 1 Free race registration towards the Nashville 1/2 Marathon OR Free I Run for the Party merchandise.
"Rain-Or-Shine" No Cancellation Policy:

All events will be held "rain-or-shine" and we do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather or other situations beyond our control. We advise all participants to use their best judgment when registering early and attending any of our events during bad weather.
I Run For The Party reserves the right to change the date for any reason for any event.
It is not financially feasible for I Run For The Party inc. to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be no refunds or free entries to future races. The money you paid is spent developing the subject event. I Run For The Party does not save any money if one of our events has to be canceled or for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for, regardless of the outcome.
Privacy Policy
I Run For The Party will never share your personal information with a third party. Information provided to us by you is kept strictly confidential and is used for event registration purposes only.
You may receive information via e-mail from I Run For The Party regarding our events.
Awards Policy
All awards, cash and prizes must be picked up by the winner on the day of the event. No exceptions can be made. I Run For The Party reserves the right to change any prize categories at any time, for any reason and without notice. This includes changing prize money amounts and categories.
